Our Lady of Consolation is located on the beautiful Great South Bay and is comprised of a 345-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center. Job Details:

$10,000 Sign on Bonus

Registered Nurse Manager

The Nurse Managers primary responsibility is to oversee the rendering of care treatment and services provided to patients/residents within their assigned unit/units. Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Services, act as leader, educator and clinical assessor for patients/residents and staff assigned. This position is part of the facility leadership team and requires NYS Registered Nurse license. Assess plan, implement and ensure appropriate staffing and allocation of nursing care related to patient/resident acuity and care needs. Ensure that competent staff provides appropriate, timely, efficacious care.

Posted Salary Range:
USD $100,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.

The pay for this position ranges from $ 100,000 - $125,000 per year.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
